2024年4月24日，Mobvoi Inc.（出门问问有限公司）（股票简称：出门问问，股票代码：HK.02438）首次公开发行股票并在香港联合交易所有限公司（以下简称“香港联交所”）主板成功上市。出门问问本次发行84,568,000股，其中香港公开发售8,457,000股。

On April 24, 2024, Mobvoi Inc. (出门问问有限公司) (stock ticker: Mobvoi, stock code: 02438.HK) made its initial public offering and was successfully listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (“Hong Kong Stock Exchange”). Mobvoi issued 84,568,000 shares under the global offering, of which 8,457,000 shares were publicly offered in Hong Kong.

The Hong Kong office of Zhong Lun served as the Hong Kong legal counsel for Mobvoi’s listing and was responsible for drafting the prospectus. The project team was led by partner Jaycen Liao, with associate Kelly Tsoiplaying a key role. Members of the team also include Bobby Yung, Cecilia Lam, Barry Chan, and Rita Chiu.

The Beijing office of Zhong Lun served as the Chinese mainland legal counsel for the project. In addition, partners Peng Caiand associate Pulingling Xiaoprovided legal advice on the issuer’s data and AIGC compliance issues.
