团队简介：该团队现有专职研究人员5人，其中教授3人，副教授1人，讲师1人。该团队已培养硕士研究生18名，目前在读研究生9名。该团队承担了国际合作重点项目、欧盟STF科技人才项目、国家自然科学基金（青年基金）、国家海洋公益科研专项及省市重大科技专项等科研项目20余项，参与承担了国家863和973项目各一项。团队成员（含研究生）参加南北极科学考察及大洋科学考察10余次。

业务建模和规划提供了创建和利用企业“数字孪生”的能力，以便更有效地发现市场商机、规划产品和服务，并以能够跟上未来市场步伐的速度利用这些商机。

PART TWO

导师简介

● 杨季芳

杨季芳（1963-），男, 研究员，硕导; 1984年毕业于武汉大学生物系微生物专业；1999年入选省151第二层次人才工程；宁波市微生物与环境工程重点实验室主任、浙江省细胞学会常务理事。2000-2003年作为高级访问学者应德国科教部 (BMBF) 邀请在德国AWI极地海洋研究所从事三年合作研究，承担了两项BMBF项目，参加了PolarStern号南极科考和多次中国大洋科学考察环球科考。主持国家科技部国际合作重点项目、国家海洋公益项目10余项。先后在德国AWI极地海洋研究所、Jena大学和比利时Gent大学LMG实验室开展高访合作研究。目前主要从事深远海微生物与近海病原微生物研究工作。

● 毛芝娟

毛芝娟（1973-），女，博士，教授，硕士生导师，主要研究方向为水生生物种质与基因工程。自1998年7月参加工作以来，先后主持和参与多项省部级、市级大黄鱼病害和免疫防治相关项目，积累了丰富的病原微生物学、免疫学、基因工程疫苗等相关的理论基础和实验技能，同时锻炼了较强的科研组织和管理能力；近五年来发表SCI收录论文5篇，获省级科技进步奖一项、市级优秀论文一等奖一项。目前在研项目主要集中于大黄鱼细菌性疾病的致病机理和高效疫苗研发。

● 陈吉刚

陈吉刚(1977-)，男，理学博士，教授。宁波市“4321”第一层次培养人选，宁波市第二届“感动甬城学子十大优秀教师”，浙江省中青年学科带头人。曾参加中国第3次北极科学考察和多次中国大洋科学科学考察；主持和参与国家自然科学基金（青年基金）、国际合作重点项目、浙江省重大科技招标项目和宁波市重大课题招标项目等多项课题；发表学术论文30余篇。目前主要从事海洋微生物研究工作。
