博世动力总成有限公司(以下简称“RBCD”)，是由德国罗伯特•博世有限公司与无锡威孚高科技集团股份有限公司于2004年8月8日在江苏无锡联合设立的外商投资企业。公司注册资本3.825 亿美元，总投资11.475 亿美元，占地面积约30万平方米。

RBCD是一家集研发、生产、销售于一体，以先进燃油共轨喷射系统、尾气后处理系统、燃料电池电堆和关键零部件为主要产品的高新技术企业。公司具备卓越的本地研发和项目管理能力，以创新的技术支持客户不断提升内燃机效率、降低排放、加速新能源产品的市场投放，为中国市场和客户提供先进的动力总成产品。

2020年，RBCD建成了博世欧洲以外的首个燃料电池中心，该中心中心具备全方位的燃料电池系统及关键零部件的研发和测试能力，以支持加速燃料电池相关产品的产业化进程。助力博世实现“零排放”的交通出行愿景和中国汽车产业双碳战略。

Bosch Powertrain Systems Co., Ltd. (RBCD), the joint venture of Robert Bosch GmbH and Weifu High-Technology Group Co., Ltd., was founded on Aug. 8, 2004 in Wuxi Xinwu District, with a registered capital of USD382.5 million, a total investment of USD1.1475 billion and a total floorage of around 300,000 square meters.

RBCD is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the development, production and sales of common rail systems, exhaust gas aftertreatment systems, fuel cell stacks and key components. The company, based on its local R&D and project management competence, with innovative technologies, can support customers to continuously improve internal combustion engines efficiency, to reduce emission, and to accelerate the market launch of new energy products. The garget of the company is to provide the Chinese market and customers with persified advanced powertrain products.

In 2020, RBCD has established Bosch's first fuel cell center outside Europe, with fuel cell system and key components development and testing capabilities. It greatly helps accelerate the progress of fuel cell products industrialization to support the realization of Bosch’s vision of emission free mobility and the carbon peak and neutrality strategy of Chinese automotive industry.

Logistic planning & fulfillment, for raw material procurement, in-house production and customer delivery

·Customer logistic interphase and follow-up

·Production value steam optimization with BPS logic

·Supplier management logistic view

库存管理与优化：

Inventory planning, physical warehouse management and optimization

·Inventory control, focus on aging stock reduction and stock structure optimization

·Physical warehouse management with space design, process management and process improvement

物流成本控制与优化：

·Logistic cost control and reduction

岗位要求 | Qualifications

硕士或以上学历，物流，国际贸易，工业工程及相关专业；

Master degree or above in Computer Science, Logistic, International Trading, industrial engineering or equivalent;

CET-6级以上，出色的英文书写及口语能力；

Excellent English in both spoken and written, CET6 above;

办公软件 SAP, MS Office；

良好的沟通表达能力，具有灵活性，善于解决问题；

Communication ability with all levels of people and flexible, good problem solving skills;

较强的组织协调能力，关注细节，具有团队合作精神；

Team player with good organization and coordination skills, attention to details;

高度的责任心，工作积极主动，善于合理分配时间。

Pro-active, high sense of responsibility, excellent time management skills.
