01|Selfridges百货正式易主

泰国尚泰集团Central Group和奥地利Signa日前发布联合公告称,双方以50:50股比成立的合资公司已完成对英国奢侈百货集团Selfridges的收购。具体收购金额尚未披露,但据知情人士称该交易价值接近60亿美元。交易完成后,Selfridges现任董事总经理Anne Pitcher将会在年底卸任,领导工作由来自收购方的Stefano Della Valle接管。

If the convertible bonds and warrants turned into stock, Amazon will become the company's largest shareholder with 36.95%.
